Grilled Bratwurst with Summer Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 pound of Cantella’s Fresh Bratwurst Sausage
- 2 Medium Zucchini
- 2 Medium Yellow Squash
- Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 tsp Tajin Seasoning
- 2 tsp Fresh Parsley, Minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Slice the zucchini and yellow squash into ½ inch rounds set aside
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic and tajin seasoning. Mix well.
- Add the zucchini and squash into the olive oil mixture and toss well to coat everything.
- Lay on a baking sheet in one layer and roast for 30 minutes.
- Grill the sausage over medium- high heat for 18-20 minutes turning occasionally. Cook to 165.
- Once Cooked place the zucchini and squash on a serving platter and top with the cooked bratwurst links.
- Sprinkle with Fresh Parsley.
