Contains 2% or Less of Iodized Salt [Contains Potassium Iodate], Corn Starch, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Spices), Olive Oil, Dried Parsley & Dehydrated Garlic.

RECOMMENDED COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Microwave instructions:
  1. Pierce Pouch, place on microwave safe dish and heat on High for 1 minute.
  2. Empty contents onto a microwave safe plate.
  3. Heat an additional 30 seconds if necessary.

Oven instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove Chicken Breast from package.
  3. Wrap in Aluminum foil place onto an oven safe dish.
  4. Cook for 20-25 minutes until Chicken is warmed.
  5. Oven time may vary.
Serve Cold
  1. Remove Chicken Breast from package.
  2. Slice cold chicken breast into cubes or slices.
  3. Great served cold on top of a Salad or in a Sandwich.
